If you’re new to vacation ownership with us, we invite you to first reflect on your purchase and all the exciting uses you have for your vacation time. Whom might you want to share the experience with? For existing owners, joining SunShares is a great opportunity to think of all the memories you’ve built on your vacations using Consolidated Resorts time, including any guests you’ve brought with you over the years.

Once you’ve taken time to examine how being a Consolidated Resorts owner benefits you, think of people you’d like to give the same experience. Many owners find it helpful to compile a list of family, friends, neighbors and business associates.
Include anyone who you feel might be interested in receiving a complimentary mini-vacation (4 days and 3 nights) at a major Las Vegas Strip hotel. Please be certain their contact information is correct so that we may contact them, arrange for their complementary stay, and credit your SunShares account. Referrals do need to meet certain basic qualifications – please see Details of Participation.
Send us your referrals at any time by calling us toll free at 1-877-999-4723 or by visiting our referral link. After verification, we will send them a complimentary mini-vacation information kit, complete with details on visiting Las Vegas and the major Strip hotel where they will be staying during their visit.
Our own in-house travel firm, Consolidated Resorts Travel, will be happy to assist with booking flights and providing quotes and any other booking needs your referrals may have. When your referrals accept their complimentary vacation, they also agree to participate in a no-obligation, 120-minute resort discovery tour of a Consolidated Resorts property in Las Vegas. In Orlando the presentation will be 90 minutes. Once they successfully complete their tour, their stay is complimentary and 50 SunDollars is deposited into your account.
Your SunDollars are valid for 18 months from the issue date.

How to Earn Them
Owners who participate in the SunShares program receive points, known as SunDollars (you received 50 just for signing up). For purposes of redemption, one SunDollar is equal to one U.S. dollar. However, SunDollars have no direct cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The SunDollars you earn are active for 18 months, and you are free to use them provided you remain an owner in good standing. For each of your qualified referrals who attends and completes a 120-minute resort discovery tour, 50 SunDollars will automatically be put into your account.
There is also a bonus structure:
For every sixth completed referral within the same calendar year, you earn an additional 150 SunDollars on that referral.

No. Making owner referrals under the SunShares program is easy and simple. It takes about 5 minutes or less, and can be done by any SunShares member online
through this Web site, by calling 1-877-999-4723 and asking to be mailed an owner referral sheet or by calling the same number and submitting a referral over the phone.
Your referrals are NOT under ANY obligation to buy anything from us. During their complimentary mini-vacation, they are required to attend a no-obligation, 120-minute resort discovery tour, after which a previously secured refundable deposit is immediately returned to them. These and all other details are discussed with your referral in advance, when we contact them after receiving their information from you.

No. You are limited only by your own willingness to participate in the program. Your SunShares membership terms require good faith that you believe your referrals
are qualified (details are available at this Web site), but we do all the vetting, so not to worry! However, some states have restrictions regarding referrals—please see

No, not at all. For each referral who qualifies for the mini-vacation and completes the 120-minute, no-obligation resort discovery tour, you will earn 50 SunDollars, whether they become Consolidated Resorts owners or not.

SunShares Referral Requirements:
You may offer a complimentary mini-vacation and resort discovery tour to any of your referrals who meets our eligibility profile. To qualify for this offer, all your referrals must be U.S. citizens between the ages of 26 and 68, employed full time or retired, with a combined annual household income of at least $50,000, with a major credit card. Your referrals must be married or cohabiting in a committed relationship. Both partners must attend a 120-minute timeshare presentation at a Consolidated resort together. A refundable reservation deposit will be required from your referral to secure their arrival dates and will be returned immediately upon completion of the resort discovery tour (timeshare presentation).
Owner Details Of Participation:
- You must be a Consolidated Resorts owner in good standing. Only those owners who purchase a timeshare interest directly from the developer qualify to participate
in the SunShares program.
- The SunShares program is a privilege to Consolidated Resorts owners, pledging to refer qualified prospects meeting the above referral requirements.
- Consolidated Resorts reserves the right to restrict or to suspend this program to any specific owner, or the entire owner base, or reduce or increase the number of SunDollars that may be earned per qualified referral tour. Additionally, Consolidated Resorts reserves the right to modify the options within the SunDollars redemption program or to make any other alterations to the SunShares program without prior notice or as Consolidated Resorts deems necessary.
- Consolidated Resorts reserves the right to limit the location your referral may visit.
- Only one referral per day will be accepted on tour at a Consolidated Resort from any one owner. Only one referral from any one owner may reserve a mini-vacation, checking into their hotel accommodations on the same date.
- All SunDollars expire 18 months from the date earned. All redemptions must be made before the SunDollars expire.
- SunDollars can be applied toward or redeemed for resort concierge services; ticketing and area tours; ownership assessment fees; one year of Interval International membership dues; and travel benefits/travel certificates through Consolidated Resorts Travel.
- SunDollars cannot be combined with other Consolidated Resort promotional offers to increase redemption potential as referral promotions may vary by resort location.
- You will need to provide your owner account number with each referral to accurately track your credits for each of your referrals that visits and tours. Incomplete information may result in the inability to account for SunDollars for which you are entitled.
- The redemption of all SunDollars is subject to the availability of the reward options. Due to the changes in supply, cost of services charged to Consolidated Resorts by suppliers and other factors, awards are subject to change without notice. Consolidated Resorts reserves the right to delete or substitute awards.
- SunDollars earned by a single Consolidated Resorts owner only may be redeemed by that individual owner. Two or more owners may not combine SunDollars. SunDollars are non-transferable.
- Altered, lost or stolen documents for SunShares or SunDollars are invalid and will not be honored.
- SunDollars do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed for currency.
- All owner participants consent to the use of his or her name and/or photography for advertising and publicity purposes related to the SunShares program.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Because state regulations vary, if referrals live in a state where the resort is not registered, or you or your referral resides
in a state which prohibits or restricts referral programs, we may be prohibited from contacting them, you may be prohibited from receiving rewards for a referral
and the type of value or rewards you may receive may be restricted.
- If there is a duplication of a referral between two members, the first to register the referral in the program will receive credit.
- Participants are prohibited from conducting or participating in any independent advertising or promotion to produce referral guests or from negotiating or assisting
in the negotiation of a vacation ownership interest purchase.
- Referring parties must know their referrals personally.
- Couples shall be considered one referral.
And when you sign up to become a SunShares member, we’ll reward you with 50 credits, called SunDollars. After that, you’ll receive 50 SunDollars for each qualified referral you send us who completes the resort discovery tour!
